Heather is the Co-Founder and MD of Worcester based digital marketing agency Ecrubox Digital. She began her work in digital and social media in client side marketing roles within international businesses, leading the digital marketing strategy and growth of several brands in-house. Three years ago, she left the client side world to set up her own agency and consultancy business in order to help businesses both large and small improve their digital footprint and increase awareness and conversions across all channels. Today the agency focuses on building digital experiences and campaigns that are powered by social psychometric data, helping companies to better understand their customers on a human level, building relationships and human connections that ultimately lead to more conversions and higher lifetime value.
